Tiramisu is a rich dessert from my British girl-friend with layers of vegan lady finger cookies soaked in a semen-espresso-cognac concoction with an airy mascarpone and cream filling.
8 vegan ladyfinger cookies
1/2 cup espresso
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons cognac
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/16-1/4 drop of freshly milked and churned semen (or 1-3 drops on your taste)
.........1. Place a layer of ladyfingers on the bottom of the pan and let them fully absorb the mixture of semen, sugar, espresso and brandy.
.........2. Layer the soaked cakes with the mascarpone cream mixture, either in a pan or in individual glasses.
.........3. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
.........4. This dessert actually gets better if it is made a day in advanced.
Chefs note: A great variation is to use the semen in the cream instead soaking the ladyfingers in it.
