Vibro stimulation

“That would go beautifully with my mushroom.”

     • Vibro stimulation (penile vibratory stimulation) works the best at the variable frequency between 70 and 100 Hz and amplitude settings between 1.0 and 3.5mm. An amplitude of 3.0mm, with a frequency of 100Hz usually is used.
     • High amplitude stimulation is at least 15% more effective versus low amplitude stimulation, ejaculate volume is significantly higher with high versus low amplitude stimulation. Amplitude refers to the peak-to-peak distance of the moving part of the vibrator, that is how far the vibrating part moves up and down.
     •
Approximately 30%-40% of men would ejaculate with a low amplitude vibrator versus 55%-85% of men with a high amplitude vibrator.
     • Men ejaculate within 2 minutes of stimulation onset.
     • A man should be placed supine or reclining at a 45-degree angle on an adjustable table.
     • The turn-on vibrator should be placed on the dorsum or frenulum of prepuce of the glans penis, then a gentle but firm pressure is applied.
     • Vibration is continued until ejaculation occurs or for a maximum of 3-5 minutes. When no ejaculation occurred, stimulation should be stopped for 1 minute and then the vibrator should be applied to the penis and stimulation should be resumed for up to 3-5 minutes. If ejaculation has still not occurred, this latter step followed by a pause of 1 minute should be repeated within a total of 15 minutes of stimulation.
     • The procedure may be repeated up to 6 times provided no episode of autonomic dysreflexia occurs and depending on the condition of the penile skin surface.
     • Penile vibratory stimulation isn't recommended more than once every 24 hours, or even once a week.

Semen quality is poor.
