The Art of Cumming Hands-Free

    Most mature men are able to masturbate, and many men do this periodically. However, there are countless ways to obtain sexual pleasure. In most cases, this is the result of stimulating one's genitals mechanically, for example by hands, or tools, or body parts of sex partners. This means that many techniques involve direct physical contact until an orgasm occurs. However, it is considered as the "champions league" of masturbation or as the “high art” to reach this point neither with hands involved nor by getting mechanically stimulated otherwise.
    This book is about male masturbation without using hands (or other tools). It describes the fundamental principles for this purpose and mentions different and already practiced techniques. One way to achieve this goal is by interrupting the conventional hand-based masturbation at its climax and just keep the hands away. But opposite to this, it is the high art of cumming hands-free to experience such an orgasm autonomously after a long-lasting period of highest delight and completely without any mechanical stimulation involved.

    About this book
    Masturbation is an integral element of human life. Every healthy man is able to do so and most men are practicing this regularly. Even mutual masturbation between partners is commonly used as a substitute for sexual penetration. At younger ages, it might appear important to masturbate more often – and to ejaculate faster, spurt wider, and release a greater load than others. But when growing older, the need to compare as well as the urgency to compensate pressure might decrease. For both the intensity of sensation and the right moment are getting more important.
    Lots of different techniques can be used to masturbate, and there are many guidebooks on the market which describe the very details of every single one. I in particular am interested in unconventional masturbation techniques only. The more uncommon a technique seems and the more intense the corresponding sensation appears, the more fascinated I am. This book considers particularly those techniques that lead to a hands-free ejaculation. It is no written porn and not meant to arouse you sexually. Therefore, I use a (boring) scientific style to share the findings and experiences I made during my experiments.
    Fact is that I use science and logic as basic principles of my work. This means that a basic understanding of these concepts will help you in following my thoughts. However, please consider my findings as (my own personal) observations and derived logical conclusions, and not as “the” final truth. Any finding is reasoned by checking plausibility and not necessarily the result of a scientific investigation, yet. if you want scientific evidence, please feel free to check my statements with reproducible numbers at any time!
    Religious beliefs are another reason for applying hands-free techniques: Some religions demand abstinence or completely forbid to masturbate by touching oneself. For those who believe in these religions, ejaculating hands-free seems to be the only way to achieve both: follow these commandments and feel the delight of an orgasm.
    The presented experiments and methods are anything but a “quickie”. This means that if you try them for yourself or apply the steps described, you will need plenty of time to increase sensation more and more. However, there is a good chance that you might find another proceeding or different techniques more pleasing or satisfying than those described by me. Take as much time as you need and try for yourself!
    Both my experiences and my proceedings cannot be generalized. They shall be an inspiration for those who are excited when confronted with hands-free ejaculation.

    It starts with excitement
    My story began during puberty. I was just a common guy with common abilities and an average appearance. So I neither found too much sexual diversity nor did I experience unusual or extraordinary sexual circumstances. Like most other male teenagers, I sometimes got sexually aroused. And like others, I masturbated every now and then conventionally, namely by using my hands.
          Masturbation
          Stimulation of one's own genitals to provoke sexual pleasure, usually to the point of orgasm.
    Later, I analyzed conditions and situations that were responsible for exciting me. One thing that notably turned me on was a guy who ejaculated too early. And in particular, when he did not use his hands. I never experienced this myself or with others. But a few guys told about it in teenage magazines. Some of these magazines printed this kind of stories to help adolescents in questions of their emerging sexuality. Most of these questions were trivial and easy to answer, but some really touched my point of interest. Take the following one as an example:
   “My girl-friend and I did hide in a wall-closet. We kissed and hugged very intensely. I was so excited that I did not pay attention, and suddenly had an emission of semen. Her thigh was full of cum. Can she get pregnant by this?”
    Surely, the question itself was irrelevant, as was the answer of the experts: “Certainly, she can get pregnant by semen.” I wanted to shout out: “But not, if the semen is on her thigh!” It thus seemed as if they missed the important point, namely that an enormous excitement as well as the sexual anticipation led to this admirable hands-free effect.
    Although this story touched me, I was not sure if it was for real or perhaps just made up by some kids. Because at any time there were some teenagers sending fake stories to magazines to get a little attention. Even we at school did this during social studies to test the untrustworthiness of teenage magazines in personal matters. So I kept an eye on this occurrence and looked out for similar stories.
    It appeared that quite a lot of guys reported having a “wet dream”. They did not dream anything specific, but found themselves completely ejaculated after waking up. When experiencing this, they were particularly irritated by the fact that it was such a big amount of cum. Again, the experts did mention that this would be a normal process and most guys would experience a first wet dream during puberty. Well, I for my share did not, but perhaps I am the exception to this rule. Another guy had another problem:
    “I like to wear tight trousers at school, because this turns the girls on. But whenever I am called to the blackboard and stand in front of the class, I get a boner and in most cases cum immediately. When I go back to my place, everyone sees the wet spots in my trousers and laughs. This is so embarrassing! What can I do?”
    Again, the reaction of the experts was the trivial one: “Do not wear tight trousers at school but comfortable ones.” But I on the other hand was overwhelmed by this level of excitement and considered it a great talent. Unfortunately, I was lacking this talent, although I always craved for it -particularly when being extremely horny. Anyhow, I was fascinated by the following two facts in particular:
    1. It was possible for him not only to erect this fast but also to ejaculate immediately. Moreover, all of this happened without physical interference – except for the tight trousers, but there was no rubbing at all.
    2. There was no sexual excitement involved. He did ejaculate in a stressful situation, probably trying desperately to keep it back – due to the circumstance that he already experienced a similar situation before. And obviously, this did not work out well.
    In summary, I was thrilled by the fact that there were guys who could cum only by excitement. Contrary to everything that I experienced so far, their excitement was so strong that they did not have to stimulate themselves first. And in most cases, they ejaculated unexpectedly soon.
    I wanted to be able to ejaculate hands-free as well. But whenever I tried this for myself, no matter how excited I was, it did not happen. This was, when my journey started.
    This book summarizes my experiences related to the topic of cumming hands-free. I wanted to find out, how this worked, if it also would work for me, and what had to be done in order to succeed. It describes my way from a beginner who was just thrilled by the fact that it was possible for a few chosen men up to a practitioner who afterwards considered it a high art to do so himself.
    For this purpose, the book is organized as follows: To analyze the processes behind ejaculation, it is first necessary to understand a male's physical response to sexual stimulation. The key element for allowing sexual arousal is horniness. It represents a man's need to ejaculate. One can satisfy this demand by masturbating. This usually leads to a complete climax in the form of an orgasm with muscular contractions and an ejaculation. However, main target of masturbation is the mental delight. One might try to intense or extend the period of delight by orgasm control. This can be achieved, for example, by edging. For this purpose, one takes the hands away just before a point of no return is passed. However, it is the “high art” to reach this point completely without hands and to ejaculate in the following. Reports of my tries and experiments, my own way to success, as well as the lessons learned complete this book at last.

    The theory of cumming
    One principle of nature is that organisms must procreate to ensure the survival of their species. In case of sexual reproduction, this is done by males inseminating females. For this purpose, men usually have the ability to erect their genitals, to enter the reproductive tracts of women, and to release semen in the form of an ejaculation.
          Ejaculation
          Ejection of semen from the male reproductive tract that is usually accompanied by orgasm.
    Some ejaculate willingly, some accidentally, some apparently even without prior stimulation. In order to investigate this and the corresponding processes, it is necessary to understand how a man physiologically responds to sexual stimulation. One possible explanation is provided by the “human sexual response cycle”. This widely-used model divides the whole process into four stages, namely the excitement, plateau, orgasmic, and resolution phase. A brief description of these stages follows.

Excitement phase
    Usually, everything starts with sexual arousal. This might be caused by different physical or mental erotic stimuli – think of kissing, petting, or viewing erotic images.
    During this stage, a general excitement arises and the body prepares for sexual intercourse. At the beginning of this phase, the penis becomes partially erect, often after only a few seconds of erotic stimulation. If excitement is extended, this erection may be partially lost and regained repeatedly. Both testicles become drawn upward toward the perineum, notably in circumcised males where less skin is available to accommodate the erection. Also, the scrotum can tense and thicken during the erection process.

Plateau phase
    After this initial excitement, a usually longer lasting plateau phase begins. This interval is characterized by an increased circulation and heart rate, increased sexual pleasure with increased stimulation, and further increased muscle tension. During this phase, the urethral sphincter contracts to prevent urine from mixing with semen, and to guard against retrograde ejaculation. If this point is reached, a man cannot (or finds it very difficult to) urinate until his excitement declines below this level again.
    One may also moan or otherwise vocalize involuntarily at this stage. Muscles at the base of the penis begin a steady rhythmic contraction. Men thereby oftentimes secrete a seminal fluid which is also known as pre-ejaculate, or colloquially as “pre-cum”.
          Pre-ejaculate
          Usually clear, colorless, and viscous fluid that is emitted from the urethra of the human penis during sexual arousal.
    It is believed to function both as a lubricant and an acid neutralizer. The amount of pre-ejaculate emitted varies widely between individuals. Some men even emit none. Search queries on the Internet show that a lot of men are interested in increasing the amount of their pre-ejaculate. But until now there are no satisfactory methods or products identified to influence this amount in either way. During plateau phase, sensation intensifies more and more leading the testicles to rise even closer to the body.

Orgasmic phase
    When sexual stimulation continues and reaches its point of culmination, the orgasmic phase is entered. This means that the sexual tension, which was accumulated during sexual arousal and intensified afterwards during plateau phase, reaches its peak level and then discharges in the form of an orgasm.
          Orgasm
          Sudden discharge of accumulated sexual tension, resulting in rhythmic muscular contractions and characterized by sexual pleasure.
    Orgasms are controlled by the involuntary or autonomic nervous system. They are often associated with other involuntary actions, including muscular spasms in multiple areas of the body and a general euphoric sensation. Frequently, body movements are expressed as well as involuntary vocalizations like moaning and groaning. An orgasm is usually accompanied by quick cycles of rhythmic contractions in the lower pelvic muscles, which surround both the anus and the primary sexual organs.
          Rhythmic contractions
          Autonomic function of the lower pelvic muscles during male orgasm to usually eject semen through the urethra.
    These contractions are an important part of the male orgasm and a necessary requirement for a spurting ejaculation. Once the first muscle contraction has taken place, a “point of no return” is reached and ejaculation will continue to completion as an involuntary process. The typical orgasm lasts several seconds and consists of 10 to 15 contractions, although a man is unlikely to be consciously aware of that many.
    After the start of orgasm, pulses of semen begin to flow from the urethra, reach a peak discharge, and then diminish in flow. The emission of semen begins during the first or second contraction of orgasm. For most men the first spurt occurs during the second contraction. The first or second spurt is typically the largest and can contain 40 percent or more of the total ejaculate volume. After this peak, the flow of each pulse diminishes. When the flow ends, the muscle contractions continue with no additional semen discharge. The rate of contractions gradually slows during the orgasm. Contractions of most men proceed at regular rhythmic intervals. Many men also experience additional irregular contractions at the conclusion of an orgasm.
    Ejaculation is usually the final stage and natural objective of a male's sexual stimulation, and an essential component of natural conception. Each ejection of seminal fluid is associated with a wave of sexual pleasure, especially in the penis and loins. Other sensations may be felt strongly among the lower spine, or lower back. The first and second convulsions are usually the most intense in sensation, and emit the greatest quantity of seminal fluid. Thereafter, each contraction is associated with a diminishing volume of semen and a milder wave of pleasure.

Resolution phase
    Immediately after an orgasm, most men experience a refractory period in which it is physiologically impossible to have additional orgasms. During this time, further sexual stimulation does not produce excitement anymore. Meanwhile, men are unable to achieve another erection and need a longer period before they are capable of achieving
    another ejaculation. However, during this time a male feels a deep and often pleasurable sense of relaxation, usually felt in the groin and thighs. Because of this feeling, one might temporarily not be interested in further sexual activity. The duration of this period itself varies considerably, even for a given individual. Based on the age, younger men are typically recovering faster than older men, though it is not universally so. Intensity and duration of the refractory period can be very short in a highly aroused young man in what he sees as a highly arousing situation, perhaps without even a noticeable loss of erection.
    The following figure 1 illustrates the development of delight during these different phases as an example. It shows a possible level of excitement and assigns relevant points of interest to this proceeding.
   
    Main task of the refractory period is to softly lead over to the resolution phase by calming down body and mind after the climax. This means in conclusion that the possibility of experiencing multiple orgasms depends particularly on a man's ability to avoid, delay, or diminish a refractory period. The following figure 2 illustrates exemplary, how this could be sensed.
   
    Typically, the following orgasm is more intense in sensation and the amount of emitted semen reduced, compared to the previous one. In consequence, the following refractory period appears stronger and endures longer than it would have done in the first place.
    In summary, the refractory period is an antagonist of horniness. Since horniness facilitates sexual arousal, it is a relevant factor for entering the human sexual response cycle. The refractory period on the other hand usually prevents from entering this cycle again. Because hominess takes an important part in sexual excitement, the following section takes a closer look at its characteristics.

    Horniness is the key
    Now that the process of a man's sexual response is revealed, the next step is to examine how it can be initiated. A common belief is that men are permanently willing (and women always ready) for sexual intercourse. But this is highly questionable, for it associates an assumed sexual arousal with corresponding (and visible) somatic characteristics like an erection. But their relationship is not one-to-one: A male erection can, for example, occur during sleep, even without conscious sexual arousal – which is known as “nocturnal penile tumescence”. Or it can occur due to mechanical stimulation alone, for instance when rubbing against a bed sheet. Equally, after their mid-forties some men report that they do not always have an erection when they are sexually aroused.
    It becomes apparent that there is a barrier between sexual disinterest (as an “idle” state) on the one side and the readiness for sexual stimuli on the other. This barrier must be overcome in order to arouse a man sexually. As learned before, the barrier is quite high during refractory period. One influence that lowers this barrier is hominess.
          Horniness
          Describes the readiness to allow sexual arousal and the willingness to respond to sexual stimuli.
    The homier one is the lower this barrier gets and the easier the whole process is started. In order to understand the origins of horniness, you have to take different physical and mental influences into account. On the physical side, horniness is signaled to the brain. On the mental side, it is directly invoked there. A brief explanation follows:
    • Physical: Most accumulating organs (like the bladder) are equipped with pressure sensors – so called pressoreceptors – which report the filling degree to the central nervous system. This applies to reproductive glands as well, which are in particular the seminal vesicles, the prostate, and the bulbourethral glands. In this case, their filling degree is signaled to the brain and there perceived in the form of horniness.
    • Mental: Apart from physical signals, hominess can also be the result of mental incitement. In this context, an exciting situation or a key stimulus like a fetish can increase horniness and activate sexual arousal. Take for example a young man or one with a strong sexual drive: They may experience enough sexual arousal for an erection to result from a passing thought, or just the sight of a passerby.
    These phenomenons are similar to the functionality of the bladder: On the physical side, the degree of filling becomes noticeable in the form of a (more or less urgent) need to urinate. On the other side, there are key situations which mentally invoke this need as well, even though the bladder is not completely filled, yet: Take for example stress prior to an oral exam. The same applies to reproductive glands and the perceived horniness as well, just in another (namely a sexual) context.

Development of horniness
    From this it follows that horniness continuously grows over time until the accumulated pressure is released. This development and related effects can be shown exemplary by looking at the time span from puberty to military service. With puberty, exocrine glands like the seminal vesicles, the prostate, and the bulbourethral glands start to produce and accumulate seminal fluid. At first, there are only small amounts produced and accumulated – compared to a relatively larger production when fertility is at its peak. Therefore, one usually does not pay attention to the slowly growing filling of the glands. And one normally does not sense the slowly growing horniness – particularly, when one never felt anything comparable before.
    In case an adolescent never masturbates or otherwise compensates this pressure, sooner or later his glands are full as a tick and a release imminent. Oftentimes, this occurs autonomously at night during sleep, when the body is completely relaxed. Then the accumulated seminal fluid emits in the form of a wet dream (or “nocturnal emission”). Due to the nature of this ejaculation, one might not necessarily feel an orgasm or any sexual sensation at all. Nevertheless, one might be surprised by the amount of fluid which has been accumulated ever since. This event typically marks the point in time when adolescents start to ejaculate periodically. It is therefore oftentimes associated with a man's “sexual awakening”.
    When growing up at home, an adolescent usually finds enough opportunities to retreat. Whenever he is horny enough, he can use them for masturbation. Lots of adolescents do this every few days, some with a stronger sexual drive even up to several times a day. But when getting older, the first thing that interrupts these accustomed habits is military service. Because in this case one is among others during day and night, which reduces the opportunities to retreat and therefore to masturbate. At home it was simple, and the adolescent could masturbate whenever he was horny enough. But military service makes it necessary to reduce masturbation habits to the weekends at home. This in particular leads to a higher level of horniness as one is accustomed to – because the pressoreceptors signal a much higher degree of filling. Particularly during the last days of the week one can hardly expect to get home for releasing the built up pressure.
    When an adolescent has not masturbated for longer than usual, ejaculation begins much earlier as he is used to. When I did this and masturbated the first time at the weekend at home, I experienced that as well. I was just playing around a little and did not even have in mind to cum, when I was suddenly overwhelmed by my own unexpected unloading. Logically, I did not have a tissue at my fingertips, so I desperately tried to hold back my cum, which evidently did not work. The same applied for those with a girl-friend, who must have been as surprised as I was. Because they did not succeed in getting out early enough, lots of girls got pregnant during this time.
    But the duties of military service can increase horniness even more. When there are unexpected events coming up like service at the weekends, one has no chance to leave the barracks and visit the retreating possibilities at home. In this context it might be very likely that your horniness overwhelms you. For me it was the week after weekend service. I did not masturbate for nearly two weeks, a longer period as ever before. One morning at the toilet I was alone and unwatched, so I masturbated conventionally. It did not take long, a lot more cum than usual was spread away, the shooting range was larger, there were more spurts than usual, and the spurts were better filled. Although reaching orgasm quite fast, the intenseness of this process was not so stimulating as usual. It was more or less a process like going to the toilet and release an urgent pressure, like something that had to be done. And although it did prickle in my groan, I did not feel “real” satisfaction or delight. However, I was not longer that horny afterwards.

Degree and effects
    If a man does not masturbate for a longer period, this leads to a stronger filling of his reproductive glands and thereby to a greater (mechanically induced) horniness. This might shorten the response cycle so that the point of no return is reached earlier, and orgasm as well as ejaculation thus happen faster. Likewise, the more the glands are filled the bigger the amount of cum to unload becomes and the better the spurts are filled. However, the more seminal fluid is accumulated the less intense the orgasm feels, for the unloading becomes more important than getting satisfied. The following figure 3 illustrates these correlations.
   
    Moreover, the hornier a man is, the easier he is made lose in his inhibitions, and the easier he gets sexually aroused – even by stimuli that would not excite him under normal circumstances. Trying desperately to hold an ejaculation back after passing the point of no return does not really hold it back, but increases the sensation of the orgasm. A greater filling of the glands also facilitates multiple orgasms, particularly because the first one might not be sensed so deeply.
    In summary, horniness represents the filling degree of the reproductive glands and lowers the barrier for allowing sexual arousal. The body utilizes horniness to signal the need to unload accumulated seminal fluid from the glands. If no physical involvement takes place, this usually occurs autonomously in the form of a wet dream at night. Otherwise, one can actively react to the horniness and initiate unloading by allowing sexual intercourse with a sex partner, or by masturbating in self-practice. In order to follow the central theme of this book, the next section takes a closer look at characteristics and elements of a man's conventional masturbation.

    Masturbation by hand
    One of the most common and basic male masturbation techniques is to hold the penis with one hand or some fingers and then move them up and down the shaft. This type of stimulation is typically all that is required to achieve orgasm and ejaculation. The speed of the hand motion will vary from person to person, although it is not uncommon for the speed to increase as ejaculation nears and for it to decrease during the ejaculation itself.
    For males who have not been circumcised, stimulation of the penis in this way comes from the “pumping” of the foreskin, in which the foreskin is held and slid up and down over the glans. Depending on the foreskin length, the glans thereby is completely or partially covered and then uncovered in a rapid motion. The glans itself may widen and lengthen as the stimulation continues, becoming slightly darker in color, while the gliding action of the foreskin reduces friction. This technique is also used by some men who are circumcised and have left excess skin from circumcision. An application of lubricants might also intensify sensation.
    There are many other variations on male masturbation techniques. The stimulation of one's genitals can be performed using hands, fingers, everyday objects, or dedicated sex toys. One can for example press or rub the genital area, either with the fingers or against an object such as a pillow. Men may also rub or massage the glans, the rim of the glans, or the frenular delta. Some men place both hands directly on their penis during masturbation, while others may use their free hand to fondle their testicles, nipples, or other parts of their body. The nipples are erogenous zones, and vigorous stimulation of them during masturbation usually causes the penis to become erect more quickly than it would otherwise. One may therefore enjoy touching, rubbing, or pinching the nipples or other erogenous zones while masturbating.
    Some may keep their hand stationary while pumping into it with pelvic thrusts in order to simulate the motions of sexual intercourse. Others may insert fingers or an object into the anus, or stimulate the penis with a vibrator that might also be inserted into the anus. A few extremely flexible males can even reach and stimulate their penis with their tongue or lips, and so perform “autofellatio”.
    During their lives, most men try out and experience the effects of different masturbation techniques, always trying to get the most pleasure out of it, or adapting the process to be adequate for certain situations.

Evolution of techniques
    My earliest memories reveal that it was a while before puberty when I started to masturbate. The first time it happened unconscious. I did not know what I did or what was to happen, I just did what felt well. One night, I woke up in my bed, lying on my stomach. I was relaxed and slowly breathing into my stomach. The bed was warm which felt convenient, so I stretched both arms and legs away. I did not move, just laid there and continued slow breathing. And the longer I laid there to breathe, the more intense a feeling grew in my groin. It was a good feeling, so I did not stop and breathed on. After a while, I experienced my first orgasm: It was some kind of dry climax without muscular contractions or ejaculation. But it was a very intense one with full body involvement. And my whole body was shivering afterwards, because I was thrilled by this overwhelming intenseness.
    I kept on doing this: Not regularly and not for the pleasure. But whenever the moment was right, or this position initiated, or whenever I felt something warm below me, I completely relaxed and began to breath slow into my stomach and groin. Oftentimes, this proceeding was disturbed by other activities. Perhaps I had to stand up or wanted to play instead of keeping on lying down.
    A few years later, when puberty slowly awakened, I did this as well. But things changed then. I remember lying on the ground after swimming, still in bathing trunks. Again, I experienced an orgasm as intense as usual. I got dressed and sat on my bike to drive home. But something felt different from usual, so I had to check this out. It appeared that my dick secreted some thick and nontransparent fluid, which moreover had an unusual and unknown smell. It was not much, just half a drop. But whenever I experienced an orgasm afterwards, I always lost a little amount of this fluid.
    When the years continued to pass by, there were other things I experienced as well. First there was this bothering bulge below my stomach and groin. Slowly breathing was not that easy anymore, when my dick was swelling that much. It moreover became uncomfortable to lay too long on that hard bulge, it nearly hurt. And that was the last I wanted, for I always remembered the pleasant feeling that I associated with this position. However, it then felt good to move this new bulge back and forth until a similar effect was reached. This proceeding led faster than usual to an intense feeling. But as soon as something flew out of me, my exaltation was not lowering smoothly anymore, but ended rapidly and more abrupt. Finally, I reached the point when passion was completely gone after reaching the climax.
    Later, rhythmic contractions of the lower pelvic muscles were added to this process. It felt strange that there was a somatic reaction besides this delightful feeling. And the more the muscles did pump the more seminal fluid was released. The time of single drops or a soft flow thereby was over, and the time of spurting began. And for the first time I experienced that a longer period of dissatisfaction lead to a greater amount of fluid and a greater shooting distance of these spurts.
    Some time later, I learned that I could also use my hands to achieve the same effect. And moreover, the pain when lying on my bulge for too long was thereby avoided. Another advantage was that I could catch up the emitted fluid with a tissue; this avoided conspicuous stains in my clothes or bedclothes. However, when using my hands I achieved an orgasm, but it was by far not as intense as it was before when lying on my stomach. My whole body was not involved anymore, although it felt similar, just less intense. But thereby both the shivering and weakness afterwards was avoided as well.
    The following figure 4 compares the individual sensations of the previously mentioned techniques, which were laying on stomach and breathing (prepubescent), laying on stomach and moving (during puberty), and rubbing with hand (mature). The figure illustrates the degree of delight I felt and its development over time.
   
    As one can see, the earlier techniques were more intense, whereas the later techniques – which involved hands – were more efficient. To achieve more efficiency, most men masturbate by using their hands. However, the price of this is that the intenseness of an orgasm might be reduced. But because a man might probably already have experienced a more intense orgasm, there is the idea to re-intensify orgasm and to extend the duration of this delight. To investigate this, we have to understand first what this delight is all about and how it could be amplified.

Three dimensions of delight
    As learned before, sexual arousal as well as a continuous sexual stimulation, for example by masturbation, beyond the point of no return usually lead to a combination of orgasm, muscle contractions, and ejaculation. In many cases, this complete climax is considered as the sexual counter-pole of an idle state. But taking a closer look at this full climax, one finds thee dimensions involved, namely a mental one (orgasm), a physical or somatic one (muscle contractions), and an emitting one (ejaculation). Usually, these dimensions are connected. It is for example very unusual to have an orgasm and not to contract muscles or expel semen. However, according to different influences and dispositions, it is always possible that one dimension appears more distinct than the others. The following figure 5 illustrates possible instances of a climax, where the different dimensions are shaped more or less distinct.
   
    Before or at the beginning of masturbation or sexual intercourse, a man is usually in an idle state of climax, until he passes the point of no return. There is still no orgasm sensed, the pelvic muscles do not contract rhythmically, and there is also no semen emitted, yet.
    Sometimes it appears that the lower pelvic muscles start to contract when the point of no return is touched, although it has not passed, yet. In this case of premature contractions, there is no seminal fluid ejected during these contractions (except for the pre-ejaculate) and one does not sense an orgasm. This can for example happen, if one intends to ejaculate very quickly and therefore masturbates very fast so that the body nearly has no chance to follow up.
    It is also possible, that a man senses an orgasm and the muscles contract as well, although there is no semen emitted. This dry shooting can happen, when reproductive glands like the seminal vesicles are empty, for example when one already did ejaculate (one or more times) shortly before. Other reasons are an intense premature excitement, the retention of semen (for example by muscle spasm), or the induction of a retrograde ejaculation.
    Another instance is the sensation of an orgasm without muscle contractions or ejaculation. This kind of mental climax happens for example when you sleep. Dreaming about sex can start related mental processes, which might let you experience a similar or even stronger orgasm, although neither muscles contract nor an ejaculation occurs. This represents an ideal state and the highest art of orgasm. This state cannot be forced willingly, but it might be initiated, for example, by drugs or electronic stimulation of your brain, by massive sexual arousal, or by dreaming.
    On the “wet” side, the full climax comprises all three dimensions. It thereby involves all parts of the orgasmic phase, in particular the sensed orgasm, concurrent muscular contractions, and an emission of semen.
    If the sexual stimulation process is for example interrupted abruptly although the point of no return has already passed, a ruined orgasm can occur. This means that on the one hand muscles contract and seminal fluid is emitted, but on the other hand no orgasm or mental delight is sensed. This experience usually causes annoyance instead of delight and might be considered as a waste of energy and time. However, this can be an objective of sadism and masochism techniques in order to humiliate the partner.
    An exceptional leakage occurs, when neither an orgasm is sensed nor the related muscles of the lower pelvic region are contracting. This can for example happen, because the prostate is stimulated otherwise (for example electronically or mechanically) and thereby encouraged to emit its content. Think for example of the mining of semen from elephants by rectal prostate stimulation. The same works for men by using, for example, a dildo. Another example of an unintended leakage is the nocturnal emission.
    The final instance is the sensation of an orgasm with an expelling of semen, but without muscle contractions. The seminal fluid in this case flows out easily instead of spurting out with pressure. Although it seems unusual, this instance is what I experienced as an ideal target for my hands-free efforts and therefore refer to as high art. But more on this topic later in the corresponding chapter.
    The ideal form seems to be the mental orgasm, for it represents the highest delight without any consequences -meaning that a previously built up horniness is maintained, no stains or mess are produced, a refractory period is avoided, and yet all the delight is felt. However, it seems difficult to create or achieve exactly this kind of climax arbitrarily. The only one climax that can be achieved arbitrarily is what I called the high art. And this will be the goal of my hands-free techniques later on.
    To sum up the presented differences, the following figure 6 shows the different categories of climax as a selection of associated effects.
   
    In summary, the mental dimension is linked to your mind and makes you experience the highest sense of delight. The physical dimension is linked to your body and manifests in the contraction of muscles or in the adjustment of the hormonal balance, just when the spurting occurs. And finally, there is the dimension of output, which comprises the release of liquids that previously have been built up and accumulated in glands like the prostate. They are the basis for transporting the sperm cells to their target. This dimension is directly linked to horniness, which is reduced, when the pressure is released.
    Although there are different dimensions involved in a climax, the most important one – as seen from the perspective of masturbation – is the mental dimension, because it provides the intense feeling of delight. It appears that the other dimensions and effects are only add-ons, which are, of course, biologically necessary for conception. But while muscular contractions happen nearly autonomously, and a more or less big amount of semen itself is irrelevant (except for fetishists or the comparison with others), it is the mental delight that stimulates the reward center in our brains. This triggers two wishes, namely on the one hand to repeat this intense feeling. And on the other hand to raise its intenseness even more, or at least to experience it for a longer period – particularly the moment around the point of no return, when pleasure and delight are at their maximum.
    One might also want to reduce the hormonal output in order to shorten the refractory period. This moreover makes it necessary to control your orgasm to a certain degree, according to the objectives you want to achieve. The following section refers to ideas and ways to extend and amplify the delight of masturbation by controlling the length and intensity of an orgasm.

    Orgasm control
    The main objective of masturbation is to sense delight in the form of an orgasm. This means that masturbation is practiced after sexual arousal (or to initiate sexual arousal as well), and to stimulate oneself until orgasm occurs – which otherwise would not happen. Thus, masturbation can be one of the causes of an orgasm. Moreover, a masturbation technique itself can have certain effects on the orgasm. This means that for example the intenseness of orgasm can be influenced by applying different techniques, which are in the following the basis for orgasm control.
          Orgasm control
          Deviation from the conventional practice to increase sensation when achieving an orgasm.
    In order to understand the methods of orgasm control, we first have to take a look at what happens autonomously and what can be influenced manually. If namely the point of no return has passed and the first contraction of orgasm already has occurred, orgasm will continue to completion without further intervention possible. This means that techniques to control orgasm can be applied up to this point of no return. Usually, it is one of the following aspects one wants to influence by deviating from the conventional masturbation process:
    • Time: One might want to ejaculate sooner or later, faster or slower, more or less intense and often. Those who prematurely ejaculate might want to delay it, those who want to keep the feeling might want to expand it. One might want to speed up the process until orgasm occurs, or instead of this slow it down for the pleasure to endure even longer.
    • Place: Refers on the one hand to the place one is located, meaning that one perhaps wants to experience an orgasm at an opportunity to retreat instead of masturbating openly in public. Surely (and naturally), one might even want to feel an orgasm while the penis is located in the vagina instead of a place aside. On the other hand, one might want to influence the place inside one's own body where the feeling of an orgasm is located: You can think of tickling in the top of your penis, over prickling in the groins, up to of full body involvement. A foreskin orgasm might feel different from an anal or prostatic one. One might want to control the feeling to what he might find most convenient.
    • Intenseness: Delight is quite high around the point of no return and before orgasm occurs. One can try to extend the duration of delight by approaching this point without passing over. Delight has also been more intense during the prepubescent state, which one might want to achieve again.
    Speeding up the process in the meaning of having a quickie is therefore nothing but orgasm control. Objective in this case is to achieve an orgasm faster as usual. One perhaps does not want to be too exhausted or to lose too much energy in advance, as well. However, orgasm control must not be confused with ejaculation control: A somewhat controversial ejaculation control technique is to put pressure on the perineum, about halfway between the scrotum and the anus, just before ejaculating. This can, however, redirect semen into the bladder (referred to as “retrograde ejaculation”).

The point of no return
    In one of my last years at school, an important moment of my life took place. It was during religion class and the whole scene was located in one of the art rooms at the basement of our schoolhouse. I was sitting side-by-side to one of the most handsome pupils around. He was a rather silent and shy guy, but whenever this class occurred, we were sitting next to each other. This was one of the few moments when I was close to the hottest guy around.
    We sat there quite a while and listened to the others who were discussing controversial questions. It was a sunny day with a relaxed atmosphere, so we could comfortably lean back in our chairs. I noticed that my neighbor put his left hand in his pocket, close to his dick. He did not rub himself or made suspect movements, but here and there I noticed a very slight motion. Many guys touched their dicks by grabbing in their pockets, sometimes this happened nearly automatically. I assumed that my neighbor must have been unsatisfied for quite a while. Meanwhile the discussion went on and got louder, many pupils were involved.
    I did not concentrate on the discussion that much, when surprisingly my neighbor attracted my attention. This was, because he suddenly moaned which he never did before -and this was unexpectedly loud as well. It appeared that he accidentally did pass the edge and experienced a very intense orgasm, which besides me no one else did notice. Although trying very hard to dissemble, he could not suppress the urgent need to moan and lean forward. He instantly put his head on the table and distorted his mouth, which was also quite unusual for him. After returning to his normal position, he was embarrassed and did blush. This was so sweet and led to a moment I will never forget.
    He wanted to control orgasm. He wanted to feel the highest pleasure without ejaculating. But he failed edging, because the pleasure was either too high or his need to cum too great – because of a high horniness. It can also be that another intense feeling interfered with the feeling that the point of no return was approaching: If you, for example, play with your foreskin, it is possible – particularly in younger ages – to feel something quite as intense as an orgasm. And by continuously playing with this intense feeling, it might distract you from noticing an approaching orgasm, until it is too late and its intenseness overwhelms the other feeling. But in this case, the point of no return usually has already passed.
          The point of no return (the “edge”)
          As soon as this moment passes, the first muscle contraction takes place and orgasm as well as ejaculation will continue to completion as an involuntary process.
    Looking at the three dimensions of delight, it appears quite logical that there must be three edges, namely a mental, a physical, and an emitting one. However, it might appear difficult to separate the different edges from another, particularly when one is mainly interested in sensing delight. Nevertheless, it is possible that for example the physical edge has passed, but the mental and emitting ones have not. In this case, muscle contractions appear without orgasm or ejaculation. This was previously referred to as “premature contractions”. One cause of this could be when trying to get close to the edge, but not over it, yet.

Edging and surfing
    Usually, techniques of orgasm control are applied to intensify the climax and to extend its duration. Therefore, they use the point of no return (“edge”) as a reference for the highest delight, and they are commonly oriented towards it. One technique for example tries to approach this point repeatedly. Its purpose is to maintain the moment just before this edge is crossed. It is therefore known as edging.
          Edging
          Stimulating oneself to the point of no return and stopping stimulation, before the edge is reached.
    The objective of edging is to maintain a high level of sexual arousal for an extended period without reaching orgasm. For this purpose, men masturbate until they are close to orgasm. Then they stop for a while to reduce excitement, mostly by withdrawing their hands, and after that resume masturbating. They may repeat this cycle multiple times. This “stop and go” build-up can even achieve stronger orgasms. The following figure 7 shows an example of how delight typically develops during edging.
   
    With every approach to the edge the sensation of delight rises until one reaches (or passes) a level of intenseness where it is nearly impossible to avoid orgasm. Only rarely, people quit stimulation just before orgasm to retain the heightened energy that normally comes down after orgasm. When one continues to edge, both sexual tension and delight grow continuously from approach to approach. At a certain point they are so high that one must necessarily fail to stop stimulation before the edge has passed. Thus, this point nearly passes automatically. This leads to an ejaculation, which might not be wanted and cannot be stopped anymore. As soon as one reaches this level of delight, it is nearly impossible to stop continuing the stimulation by taking the hands away – although this was essential for edging itself, previously.
    If sexual stimulation stops before orgasm takes place, the physical effects of the stimulation, including the vasocongestion, will subside in a short time. Repeated or prolonged stimulation without orgasm and ejaculation can lead to discomfort in the testes, which is colloquially known as “blue balls”. Moreover, if stimulation is reduced early but the point of no return has already passed, the impulse of the remaining stimulation might not be strong enough to initiate the feeling of orgasm. In this case, ejaculation can occur without orgasm, leading to a “ruined orgasm” as described earlier.
    Another type of technique slows down the stimulation around the point of no return instead of interrupting masturbation as soon as it gets closer. Objective of this is to maintain a heightened level of sensation for an extended period. Because one “surfs on the wave” of climax, this technique is also known as surfing.
          Surfing
          Slowing down the stimulation at the point of no return to maintain the achieved sensation for an extended time.
    The following figure 8 shows an example of the possible development of delight when practicing this technique.
   
    Applying the previously mentioned techniques makes the practicer enjoy direct sexual stimulation without waiting through the refractory period common after orgasm. When the decision is made to allow orgasm, the physical sensations may be much greater and more pleasurable than if an orgasm was experienced more routinely. This might lead to high pleasure, because the top of climax is in most cases related to this moment, just before getting over. However, orgasm control requires a degree of skill: It requires enough familiarity with either a partner or one's own responses to be able to vary the intensity and the timing of the stimulation accurately. If there is too little stimulation, or if it is reduced too soon, the experience is not as intense as it could have been. If there is too much stimulation, a person may pass the point of no return and orgasm will inevitably occur. Of course, a combination of these techniques is also possible.
    In summary, taking the hands away during masturbation might reduce the intensity of stimulation. But if the point of no return has already passed and stimulation is too low, this could lead to a ruined orgasm. That is why most men find it extremely difficult to keep the hands away, when an orgasm occurs. With regard to the topic of this book, it is much easier to allow orgasm without hands, when there were no hands involved at all in the masturbation process. The following section describes different methods of masturbation completely without hands.

    Cumming hands-free
    Whenever I heard or read about someone who ejaculated hands-free, I wanted to do so as well, particularly when I was extremely horny. But whatever I tried, it never worked without involving my hands. Focusing, straining, pressing, or breathing – all attempts had indeed an exciting effect and intensified my arousal. But nothing helped to cross the edge, and nothing led to an ejaculation at all. All I could do was masturbating conventionally and think about how nice it would be, if I were able to cum hands-free.
          Cumming hands-free
          Ejaculating without touching one's own genitals with hands. In most cases, this is accompanied by muscle contractions and orgasm, but this is not mandatory.
    My first deviation from the usual masturbation behavior was to rub as usual and then take my hands away, just before ejaculating. But as soon as I crossed the edge, the following intense and good feeling during orgasm usually forced me to quickly put back my hands and finish me off traditionally. One day, I really made it and ejaculated, just after I moved my hands away. It was the first time that I was horny and controlled enough to not put my hands back on my dick when I crossed the edge and the spurting began. It
    appeared that I ejaculated normally with the typical muscular contractions, and seminal fluid was released – but I felt nothing. There was no passion and no climax, though afterwards my horniness was gone. This was the first time I experienced a ruined orgasm. It felt as if I wasted the chance to otherwise reach an orgasm, and this was an uncomfortable and annoying feeling. From that moment on there was something like a fear of recurrence: I did not want this to happen again, so I reduced my hands-free experiments for a while.

Withdrawing or avoiding hands
    The use of hands is only one way to get sexually stimulated. In a very simple case, they are just substituted with something similar to rub against, like another part of the body, the body of someone else, or a tool. Taking only masturbation by hands into consideration, you can identify different stages in the stimulation process, at which you can use your hands or refuse to involve them. In particular, these are the time before reaching the edge (from excitement to plateau phase), the moment when one is crossing the edge, and the period afterwards when orgasm and ejaculation occur. At any of these times, hands can be used or omitted. The following figure 9 shows the different possibilities from a more logical perspective. An explanation of the related examples follows.
   
    1. During conventional masturbation, hands are involved before reaching the edge. They help to cross it, and continuously rubbing afterwards is necessary to keep the intenseness of an orgasm.
    2. A simple deviation of this behavior is to remove the hands after the point of no return is crossed. This is extremely difficult, for the feeling is most intense then. However, one might do so when trying to maintain horniness, or to cause a ruined orgasm in case this is an objective.
    3. When edging or surfing, one reduces the stimulation around the edge, for example by taking off the hands completely. If the edge thus is crossed, ejaculation will occur as an involuntary process. Because of the intensity of the feeling, hands are in most cases reapplied to maintain the intenseness of an orgasm.
    4. If one wants to stimulate oneself up to the edge but does not have in mind to ejaculate, he might accidentally cum. In this case of ruined edging, the point of no return is crossed unintended. As described in the example with the pupil, there might be no opportunity to involve hands afterwards.
    5. If excitement and arousal are so high that hands are only needed to cross the edge and to maintain orgasm, one experiences a quick shot. This can be observed, when just a little touching is sufficient to cross the edge. Afterwards an orgasm occurs, which in most cases is accompanied by continuous rubbing to intensify sensation.
    6. In a very uncommon case, one might be aroused extremely and only uses the hands to cross the edge. As soon as this is done, the hands are again removed and ejaculation occurs.
    7. The more intense sexual arousal and excitement are, the less the hands are needed to support the masturbation process. In case of premature ejaculation, the point of no return is crossed very easy, sometimes completely without stimulation at all. If this occurs, one might want to intensify the sensation of the following orgasm by involving hands.
    8. Completely no hands are actually needed in case of a premature ejaculation, when excitement is at its maximum. Another example is a nocturnal emission, when ejaculation occurs during sleep. Finally, the stimulation by hands can just be replaced by rubbing against other items or tools instead.
    It appears difficult to distract the hands, when they were involved in the masturbation process since its beginning. Therefore, it might be easier to abandon the hands completely from the process in order to ejaculate completely hands-free. The following section takes a closer look at related methods.

Hands-free techniques
    There are different ways to ejaculate without involving hands. One way to resist the urge of using hands during masturbation is by completely avoiding manual touching from the beginning. In doing so, one can distinguish between a mechanical stimulation that influences sexual response physically and a mental dimension that causes ejaculation, for example by excitement. The following figure 10 gives an overview over the different categories of hands-free stimulation techniques. A description follows.
   
    On the mechanical side, sexual arousal up to orgasm can be produced by tools that stimulate the erogenous zones physically. This stimulation can be a direct or an indirect one. On the direct side, stimulation can be applied outside the body. In a conventional (manual) case, the hands are used for this purpose. But in a hands-free case, the hands are substituted by tools or other body parts. These can for example be legs, between which the penis is screwed as well as moved back and forth. If one is flexible enough, has a sufficient penis size or a combination of the two, a man can suck himself and perform “autofellatio”. Even the effect of a phimosis that is pulled back and tightens the stem of the penis can be so stimulating that an ejaculation occurs. Instead of body parts, the penis can be rubbed against tools as well. One can for example lay down on a comfortable surface such as a mattress or pillow, and rub the penis against it (also known as “humping”). This technique may include the use of a simulacrum or artificial vagina. It might also work with fruits (melons), balloons, or sex dolls. Even counter tops, trousers, bonds, or briefs can be used.
    From inside the body, men may also achieve an orgasm by massaging the prostate. The prostate gland is one of the organs that contributes fluid to semen. As the prostate is touch-sensitive, some directly stimulate it using a well-lubricated finger or dildo inserted through the anus into the rectum. Some men also enjoy the anal stimulation, with fingers or otherwise, even without any prostate stimulation. Stimulating the prostate from outside, via pressure on the perineum, can be pleasurable as well.
    In the second mechanical case, stimulation can be applied indirectly so that the stimulation itself does not target the penis or prostate. One can for example stimulate erogenous zones like the nipples or the foreskin until the climax is reached. Another type of indirect stimulation would involve electricity. It can cause reactions by making tools vibrate or by being applied directly in the form of a stimulating current. If the muscular environment is stimulated to contract or so exhausted that (biological) withholding is not possible any longer (example is bladder infection), ejaculation occurs as a result inexorably.
    On the mental side, we have to distinguish between an unconscious ejaculation and a conscious occurrence. The unconscious one happens for example during the night in the form of a nocturnal emission. A happening between a conscious and an unconscious one is the premature ejaculation. In this case, a man experiences an orgasm and expels semen before starting (or soon after beginning) sexual activity. None or only minimal penile stimulation are involved. Although it is not intended and therefore unconsciously invoked, it is though consciously experienced. On the conscious side, sexual arousal can be produced by thoughts, expectations, or pleasant anticipation. In a very intense case, this leads to high arousal and – if the threshold to the point of no return is low enough – it may also lead to an ejaculation.
    As you can see, there are various ways to masturbate (and ejaculate) hands-free. Any of these techniques requires skillfulness and virtuosity in order to succeed in causing high pleasure. However, a conscious ejaculation without mechanical stimulation is exactly what I refer to as the “high art of cumming hands-free”. I want to establish a period of highest delight, exactly without involving any tools or rubbing, and though leading to an ejaculation and orgasm at its highest intensity. My experiments and proceedings for this purpose will be discussed more detailed in the following section.

    High Art
    It is the high art – or one could say the “champions league” of masturbation – to get sexually aroused, to reach and pass the edge, and to experience an extremely intense orgasm completely without involving hands. At this juncture, the specific “art” is to provoke both orgasm and ejaculation neither by masturbating in advance nor by getting mechanically stimulated otherwise. The (and in particular my) ideal process of ejaculating hands-free...
    • is initiated when you are willing and ready (instead of happening suddenly and/or accidentally in an embarrassing situation),
    • takes place completely without involving mechanical stimulation (instead of rubbing by hand in advance),
    • offers a delightful sensation over its time (instead of saving this delight up to a final moment exclusively),
    • intensifies sensation steadily and continuously (instead of keeping it at the same “plateau”-level),
    • is capable of lasting for hours (instead of a quickie),
    • lets you ejaculate autonomously at highest intensity, when keeping back desperately is not possible any longer, leading to an absolute satisfaction,
    • enables you to keep intensity at a high level, so you can achieve multiple orgasms in a row if you want to,
    • gently lowers the level of delight after climax (instead of abruptly crashing into the refractory period), and
    • preserves both sexual tension and the previously built up horniness by diminishing or omitting the refractory period (instead of experiencing the full effects of a resolution phase).
    Moreover, one of my personal objectives was to reproduce the intense feelings of others by reenacting the scenarios they have experienced. As mentioned before, I heard about different ways of ejaculating hands-free. The scenarios I therefore wanted to examine were the following (with related posture and main characteristic):
    • Lying: The nocturnal emission (unconsciously).
    • Sitting: The edging classmate (accidentally).
    • Standing: The pupil in tight trousers (desperately).
    In an ideal world, one would be able to imitate these scenarios on demand. But any of these situations comprises negative elements: The nocturnal emission, for example, happens unconsciously, which would deprive anyone of the related delight. The other two did happen publicly, which would be very embarrassing. Therefore, an ideal world scenario must omit corresponding embarrassing elements. But it may only reduce negative side-effects and not the states or intensity leading to the hands-free ejaculation. The desperation, for example, not being able to keep the cum back any longer, or its accidental release when desperation is at its largest, must stay for intensifying sensation. However, the aspired objective is not to ejaculate on demand, but to initiate a process related to the previous scenes, that – after providing an hour-lasting period of delight – leads to the desired hands-free result in the end.

First steps
    My event with the neighbor at school was and will be the main pattern to follow: Just sitting in a chair and trying to achieve an orgasm, without edging, or moving, or getting stimulated otherwise. Every this and then I tried to succeed this way. But it never happened without using my hands. I pressed, and pushed, and bended – but whatever I tried, I always failed. My first idea after that was to get more horny than usual. In the best of all cases – so my assumption -ejaculation would happen autonomously. So my journey through chastity started and my glands filled up slowly.
    After one to two weeks, I achieved a level of horniness that made it nearly unbearable not to cum. The need to masturbate was largest at this time, so the idea to “just ejaculate” was very appealing. Although it seemed illogic, this desire diminished slightly afterwards. The good thing was that the appreciation of horniness rose stronger than the need to ejaculate, which afterwards helped me maintain this state more easy. However, I still had no hands-free success, and the degree of horniness continuously rose.
    After two to three weeks of not-cumming, I was so damned horny that I had to take care not to ejaculate by walking around, because even this slight stimulation was teasing and felt to be sufficient enough. So I sat down and tried to cum hands-free then. But as soon as I relaxed, both the pleasing delight and the urgency to cum immediately disappeared – and again it did not work. But this was the most important finding of my whole research: In trying to hold back a possible ejaculation by contracting the urethral sphincter muscle, I noticed that intenseness thereby grew a lot. Exactly this was the turning point of my investigations. I understood that an orgasm would get more intense and could probably even be provoked by just trying to prevent from it (by holding back) – which is the exact opposite of conventional masturbation that “pushes” hard to (finally) cum. Vice versa, one can reduce arousal by being relaxed.
    After three to four weeks of chastity, I reached a level that was quite comfortable to carry around. For the feeling of horniness itself was delightful, and the way to achieve this state took so long and was so difficult to establish. Besides, I was proud of what I built up and did not want to lose this result just by a short and imprudent ejaculation. This was the moment when I began to carefully edge around, always having in mind not to cum. Because as soon as an ejaculation with muscle contractions would appear, the whole enjoyable horniness would be eradicated, and I would be in the need to build it up again during a very long time. Moreover, I observed a further effect: It appeared as if my horniness spread out to others. Perhaps I emitted more pheromones than usual. Or I was just more attentive to their reactions due to my horny disposition.
    The following figure 11 summarizes and illustrates the general experiences I made during my time of growing horniness. A short explanation follows.
   
    At a certain point, the appreciation of an already built up horniness rises above the wish to cum. At this time, one starts being proud on what he has achieved – related to the state of horniness. This moreover makes it easier to maintain this state and to not cross the edge. However, the ability to prevent from ejaculation will decline in time so that an ejaculation must occur anyway in the future. Even if you are strong enough to resist the urge to ejaculate consciously, you might unload at night during sleep in an unconscious state. Not to mention that the stubborn attempt of keeping back might cause the exact opposite.
    When growing horny, your attitude changes as well: So far, ejaculation was just a funny and quick thing. But now it represents the loss of all the time and energy you invested in keeping your horniness high. And in case you want to build up this pleasant feeling again, you have to invest at least the same amount of time. This lets you act more careful around the edge. And the same with others: Their crossing of the edge is now considered far more precious than ever before, and the fact that someone else crosses his edge (for you) is even more appreciated than previously.

Changing the view
    I chose the scenario with the pupil next to me as basis for my experiments, because this was one of the hottest moments in my life. I assume that he must have been very horny and has not been satisfied for a while. So he crossed the edge sooner as he imagined. He was sitting in the classroom and had no chance to leave, so he might tried to hold it back. But in doing so, he intensified the feeling even more, which then led to this intense (but embarrassing) orgasm – and resulted in a loud moaning which he otherwise might have been able to suppress.
    The key to success was always there, I just did not see it. Instead of stressing myself by pushing and pressing, 1 just had to desperately keep it inside until I could not hold it any longer. In this manner, keeping instead of pushing means that you contract your urethral sphincter muscle to achieve sexual tension in contrary to stressing other body muscles for this purpose. It was exactly the opposite of what I did before – and this workaround promised success. Moreover, it could lead to the highest delight instead of stressing the body to orgasm. The following figure 12 illustrates the opposite ways of both processes. A description follows.
   
    Conventional masturbation stresses the body in such a way that sexual tension accumulates, so that an ejaculation finally must occur (in order to release the stress from the body). This is the usual proceeding in masturbation. The retaining way is exactly the opposite of that. Here you contract your urethral sphincter to keep back any ejaculation. Thereby, sexual tension is built up as a side effect. However, at a certain point there is enough sexual tension assembled so that you cannot hold back orgasm and ejaculation any longer. This is when you cross the edge very intense, although you try desperately to hold it back.
    But what exactly is this “holding back”? A man has three security mechanisms that keep him from peeing continuously. These are the internal urethral sphincter, the external urethral sphincter, and the urethral constriction inside the prostate. This constriction is a constant that cannot be influenced, whereas the muscular sphincters are controlled nervously. The internal urethral sphincter is controlled by the autonomic nervous system, which lets it for example contract in order to avoid the pollution of semen with urine. The external urethral sphincter as well as the lower pelvic muscles can be opened and closed (respectively constricted and released) willingly. However, as in any human case there is not just a digital true-false-relationship to this but an analogue one. The different levels of tension I experienced are the following:
    • Fully relaxed: At first, there is the completely released degree. This is the most relaxed situation and nearly impossible, because the bladder is in most cases filled at least a little.
    • Sufficiently contracted: The following one is the keeping degree, where you exert the muscle acceptably tight so that you can keep an urgent need to pee safe. It is therefore sufficiently contracted.
    • Strongly contracted: The final degree I experienced is the point of maximum constriction. It is achieved when fully compressing this muscle, even beyond the degree of keeping safe from peeing.
    The bladder fills continuously, so your individual degree of contraction lies between the fully relaxed and the sufficiently contracted state. The sufficient state is reached, when the bladder is quite full (or urine in an aggressive mood) so that there is an urgent need to go to the toilet, but one is capable of keeping it back safe. However, although the contraction is sufficient, one can also contract even stronger to achieve a very tight contraction of the urethral sphincter. This is the strongly contracted state, and in most cases it cannot be maintained for too long.
    This is a further finding: Particularly when you have not been satisfied for a longer time, you experience that you can compress different parts of that muscle. Of course, there is the full contraction of the whole muscle. If you ever experienced well-filled reproductive glands, different areas to compress might have come to your attention:
    • Front: With less pressure, you might sense that there is a constriction possible of its front only, radiating a sensation to the top of your cock.
    • Middle: The middle part seems to radiate sensation into the prostate.
    • Back: The part behind seems to push both prostate and bladder contents.
    It appears that there is a point of delight situated between the first and second degree of contraction. I assume that the related compression stimulates a prostate nerve which is also responsible for gathering the intense feelings during orgasm. You can play a little with your muscles, constrict a little more or less, to find this area. It seems as if you can stimulate yourself when keeping your muscles constricted particularly around this area. Perhaps it is even possible to provoke an ejaculation by stimulating this area in terms of contracting exactly to this degree, although I did not succeed in this, yet. But contracting particularly against this point could explain, why the standing pupil (with the tight trousers) was not able to keep back his cum, although he tried desperately.
    Another point of delight is situated somewhat behind the fully contracted state. To reach it, you have to train your urethral sphincter to enable it to compress more than you are used to – namely slightly beyond its strongest contraction level. This can lead to a very intense feeling, which however is also relatively short, because this degree of contraction cannot be maintained for too long. The following figure 13 illustrates the different degrees of compression of the urethral sphincter, the different areas of its tension, and where the points of delight could be located exemplary (at least they seem to be there in my case).
   
    Taking these elements together, it is the desperate effort to keep it back and an adjusted muscle tension in the right area which cause orgasm and ejaculation without any external stimulation. However, both the different points and the right level of teasing are difficult to find, and this teasing must be maintained continuously at the same level, which needs lots of practice to accomplish. The good news is that practicing this causes delight (for hours) – even if there will be no hands-free success in the end. But if you succeed, you might experience one of the most intense orgasms ever. And afterwards, applying this technique suddenly seems more precious than using any other.

Supportive elements
    Those who are familiar with masturbation might have noticed that it works better (in the terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and contentment) in some postures than in others. Moreover, there are different supportive elements which facilitate sexual stimulation, think for example about fetishes. In the following, I would like to pick up two elements in particular that might support the hands-free proceeding, namely:
    • The posture of the body (and related the bending of the iliac region)
    • The compression of the penis nerves.
    The following table (figure 14 at the next page) shows the development of my own masturbation positions during the years. As already mentioned, I began lying in the bed with my stomach down. Due to the intense pressure on my bulge and a smooth as well as slow back and forth movement, it took not long to succeed. However, in case of a hands-free masturbation without any movement (which means that there is no mechanical stimulation at all), the difficulty to succeed this way is quite high. For there is no mechanical stimulation at all, except from the continuous pressure of the bed that though does not change. And moreover, due to this pressure an unhindered discharge is not given.
   
    The table shows what I personally experienced. This might be completely different in your own case, because everyone is an individual. Surely, the time until ejaculation is not only depending on the posture, but also on the degree of horniness and arousal, the sexual tension, and the filling degree of the glands. However, if we assume a balanced situation in which only the position varies, the different postures may have an influence on both the time to succeed conventionally and the difficulty to succeed hands-free.
    Main finding when comparing the different postures is that the positions which are (slightly) bended in the iliac region have a certain effect on the ease of masturbation and the time until ejaculation. This might derive from the posture a man wants to take in automatically when having an erection. Looking at the hands-free approach, this means that a bended posture might be advantageous as well.
    Another supportive element is the arousal of the penis nerves, which must not necessarily be caused by direct stimulation, but can also be achieved indirectly. If you ever experienced an erection in tight trousers with your dick in an uncomfortable position, you might have noticed that it could not erect completely straight. Due to the tightness of the trousers, it had to stay in its bended position. Moreover, you might have noticed that this kind of erection was more arousing than usual. This high arousal could even be sufficient enough to cause an ejaculation, in case one would let it continue.
    Whenever I experienced this, the first thing I did when I wanted to proceed was to put my dick into a straight and more natural position. After that the erection developed normally, but in any of these cases the g-point-alike feeling vanished. This leads to the conclusion that a soft dick which grows in a folded position stimulates the penis nerves -which then provide a more intense feeling and thereby help to achieve orgasm more easy. Accordingly, the idea behind “dick folding” is to bring the soft penis into such a position that an erection does automatically cause an arousal of the penis nerves.
    There are two ways to stimulate me immensely. One is, when erecting folded in tight trousers. The other is, when playing with my foreskin. A combination of both techniques therefore promises my highest sensation. It happened, when I was playing with my foreskin: I dragged it and curled it to the inside. When experiencing this and playing around, I found out another thing. It was, when I curled in the foreskin a bit too far. Then it appeared that my whole soft dick was folded inside my groin and only parts of the foreskin stood out a bit. When I then laid down on my stomach, it appeared that there was no disturbing bulge anymore. And when I after that got erected inside my groin, the feeling was more intense – like when my dick erected in a folded (not straight) position inside tight trousers. When masturbating this way, it seemed as if the according orgasm in this position was close to the orgasms I felt when puberty started. They were more intense, I had not to pay attention to the direction of the dick or where my cum would flow, the whole body was involved instead of only a prickling in my penis and groan, the orgasm endured longer, and its end was not too abrupt but calmed down significantly smoother.

The breakthrough
    When I successfully ejaculated totally hands-free for the first time, I sat on a chair in front of my PC and watched porn. Mentally stimulated by this kind of joyful anticipation, I used the method of keeping back to stimulate both my prostate and the surrounding muscles. So I contracted my urethral sphincter first. Later I later started to contract the thigh muscles as well as the gluteal muscles to support building up sexual tension. I moreover pulled in my stomach and took in a bending position by making a hollow back. To intense sensation, I also approximated my knees and simultaneously used the tension of my thigh muscles to prevent my knees from touching each other.
    Although this proceeding seems “quite easy”, it is hard to maintain tension in different muscle groups simultaneously. Whenever you concentrate on your thigh-muscles the gluteal muscles relax, and when you contract them the stomach is not pulled in anymore, and so on. It therefore appears difficult to contract every muscle that promises to strengthen sexual tension. If the mentioned muscles are strained and you are still breathing, you are completely distracted from the reason, why you are doing this – which exactly might be the reason why this works. By applying these techniques, you distract your body so much that it forgets to prevent you from ejaculating.
    By continuing concentration on the muscle tension and by keeping back concurrently, you feel a pressure in your prostate that is getting stronger. So you try to hold it back even stronger, which on the other hand distracts your concentration from all the muscles you have to contract. And so you concentrate back to the tension of the different muscles. As a result, you finally will be that much distracted from concentrating on ejaculation, and moreover that much overwhelmed by the intenseness of the stimulation, that at a certain point ejaculation will start autonomously.
    The following figure 15 shows the two positions, that worked for me when trying to ejaculate hands-free. These were the sitting one (on the left side), in which I succeeded first, and a lying one, in which I succeeded afterwards. However, I was never successful in a standing position, yet.
   
    It might appear that your dick softens during this process and your scrotum thickens (and moves towards your groin), although you are sexually very excited. This is, because you are distracting your body by concentrating on the different regions to contract, and the softness simply shows that distraction works. It means that you are on the right way and close to success. Moreover, the urethral sphincters thereby are softened as well so that ejaculation can occur more easily.
    As soon as the edge is crossed and unloading becomes imminent, you should relax (even open the keeping in muscles), open the gap between your knees, and keep both the stretching of your upper body and the hollow-back. In case you do not unload, give yourself a breather, because practicing this is quite exhausting, and then give it another try. The more you try the more intense both the process and the final feeling will become. And the more often you try you will find out for yourself what stimulates you best.
    I tried this several times at different days. Sometimes, the flow was greater, sometimes only a few drops flew out. Sometimes, the flow was so stimulating inside my prostate that it thereby provoked muscular contractions as well as a conventional orgasm. As soon as the seminal fluid begins to discharge, you can relax your muscles completely. By this, you are able to influence the following muscle contractions in a desirable way. By further trying to keep back you can provoke them and intense orgasm, by relaxing you can avoid them and maintain horniness. Every type of unloading thus has its certain benefits:
    • With conventional muscle contractions: This means that you reached the usual climax, only without hands involved, and you will experience that this is much more intense as usual.
    • Completely without muscle contractions: It appears that highly fluid semen flows out of your urethra. You are first pleased and then as horny as before. You will notice that this kind of cum stays quite fluid. And even if it is not so much cum as you are used to, it will saturate both boxers and trousers very fast and you cannot prevent from this. When achieving this, you are close to the ideal state that I did aspire.
    • Muscle contractions start delayed: The unloading starts without muscle contractions first. But because the flow stimulates the prostate nerve (perhaps because you are not relaxed enough, or because you still try to keep back and contract the muscles yourself), the conventional muscle contractions thereby are initiated and take place delayed and more slowly.
    If your tries are unsuccessful, do not hesitate. Try again afterwards. Every try will become more intense. And the more you try, the hornier you get. Together with the growing intenseness – like in edging, when every approach gets more intense – this is growing in its sensation as well. And finally, when intenseness is at its maximum, you cannot prevent from ejaculating anymore. However, you will notice that this practicing period endured longer than you had in mind in advance. Thus, I spent hours in a state of highest delight. And thinking back to masturbating in the form of a quickie, this technique was much more satisfying and lead to a general contentedness afterwards.

Putting it all together
    In case you want to provoke a completely hands-free (and tool-free) emission, there are different elements that might help you succeed. These are summarized as follows:
    • Properly filled reproductive glands
    • Supportive posture (and folded dick)
    • Relaxed mood (without time constraints)
    • Joyful mental anticipation
    • Holding sphincter contraction at stimulating level
    • Forgetting time and space
    • Distracting by building up muscle tension
    If you need a replacement for the natural back and forth movement, you can concentrate on your breathing and thereby feel the stimulation of a corresponding in and out motion.

Provoking nocturnal emissions
    In case you want to experience an unconscious wet dream, you have to get yourself very horny and wait patiently. This is, because the frequency of nocturnal emissions is highly variable. Some reported that it is due to being sexually inactive, either intercourse or masturbation. Some men have experienced large numbers of nocturnal emissions as teenagers, while others have never experienced one.
    According to Wikipedia, in the USA an average of 83% of men will experience nocturnal emissions at some time in their life. For males who have experienced nocturnal emissions the mean frequency ranges from 0.36 times per week (about once every three weeks) for single 15-year-old males to 0.18 times per week (about once every five-and-a-half weeks) for 40-year-old single males. For married males the mean ranges from 0.23 times per week (about once per month) for 19-year-old married males to 0.15 times per week (about once every two months) for 50-year-old married males. In some parts of the world nocturnal emissions are more common. For example in Indonesia surveys have shown that 97% of men experience nocturnal emissions by the age of 24.
    In summary, some men have these emissions only at a certain age, while others have them throughout their lives following puberty. If you want to provoke such an emission, you just have to wait and build up horniness – and with it the slow but continuous getting filled of your reproductive glands like the prostate. Nevertheless, the nocturnal emission will appear in an unconscious state. This means that you can only infer from a wet or stained state of your underpants that this emission has occurred. Over all, it will be a fight between high horniness demanding a conscious climax on the one side and the inaction to maintain horniness and the filling of the glands on the other. Because these values seem so indifferently distributed, I never made it up to a nocturnal emission.

    Lessons learned
    During the past decades I oftentimes tried to cum handsfree. I experimented a lot, considering even lots of different states of horniness. My main requirement was to avoid mechanical stimulation. Therefore, no auxiliary tool had to be involved (hands, legs, trousers, floor, etc.). Everything was to happen autonomously inside my body. After experimenting a long time, I finally succeeded. This book describes my experiments and my development. It can be a guide to those who also have in mind to cum hands-free, or an inspiration to cum in different ways as one is used to.

Main findings
    There are two main findings, namely “the opposite way is the right one” and “distraction is the key to success”: The first one is that desperately keeping back ejaculation will lead more likely to a hands-free orgasm than pushing yourself to ejaculation. Moreover, you can stimulate yourself by contracting the urethral sphincter muscle to a high level of delight. The other finding is that a hands-free ejaculation will occur more likely, when your body is extremely distracted, for example by being put in a state of highest delight. Only then, all the effects together – namely sexual tension, concentrating on contraction, delight, and distraction – lead to an autonomous ejaculation. When the
    flowing starts and you are relaxed enough, you can omit muscular contractions and thereby preserve the previously built up horniness. This is, for example, also a precondition to achieve multiple orgasms. There were different other findings, when ejaculating in such a smooth way:
    • Only thin fluid: One reason why horniness remains at a high level might be that not the whole seminal fluid is discharged in a smooth hands-free case, but only parts of it. Only the fluid with very low viscosity creeps out, and the thicker one remains in the glands. However, after approximately 30 or more days without completely unloading, even a soft discharge of thinnest fluid can be sufficient to stimulate the prostate nerves so much that a full climax will occur inevitably, even if one does not want it to happen.
    • Hard as concrete: After ejaculating hands-free, I woke up at night, because my penis erected so strongly that it nearly hurt. It could not bear the bended position that was caused by my briefs, so I had to unleash it. After getting straight, I experienced one of the hardest erections I have ever had, with a cock of concrete and pulsating as well. This state did maintain quite a while. Every this and then, a (dry) muscular contraction took place and led to an even harder bulge. This was such a comfortable feeling that I considered it afterwards as a sign that the previously applied methods worked out well.
    • Delight by reflux: There was another aspect I found when ejaculating in a folded position and the seminal fluid remained under my foreskin: Under normal circumstances, semen tries to fertilize by crawling up into the cervix. However, in this case it has no chance to do so, so there is a good chance that it might crawl back into your urethra and stimulate the sphincter muscles in an itching way. This can be so intense that the sphincter muscle contracts again (like it did during orgasm, only one or two times then) and thereby unloads the returned semen. The related feeling can be nearly as intense as the previous orgasm, at least the re-spurting felt that good.
    • Horniness still grows: Without a full climax there is some amount of seminal fluid remaining in the glands. This means that after a smooth hands-free ejaculation your horniness is nearly as high as it was before. In a state of high horniness, it is surely easier to succeed hands-free or to achieve multiple orgasms. However, the hornier you are the easier you tend towards provoking a full climax instead of a smooth flowing one.
    • Increased excitability: Even the slightest stimulation will be sufficient to pass the edge. This is, because the hornier you are the easier you are to stimulate. Even abdominal breathing against your underpants might then result in an orgasm. However, although this feels quite comfortable and satisfying, it must be considered as the use of tools (namely the undies) and therefore cannot be considered as high art. The same might happen when you lay on your back, tuck up your legs, and your legs start shivering due to the high excitement: Then the vibration is transmitted to your dick and thereby stimulates it mechanically.
    • Inability to prevent from full climax: Even if everything works fine so far and the hands-free ejaculations occur as planned, they will at some point result in a full climax – in my case after approximately 30 days. This is, because on the one hand the horniness grows on and on and with it the filling of the glands. On the other hand, this leads to a more excitable prostate nerve, which might overreact even when a smooth flow of semen occurs. The same happens, if a free flow of semen is hindered somehow and the prostate therefore tries to counteract this obstruction by building up more pressure. However, when you ejaculate with muscular contractions, your hormonal balance is reseted and you have to start again at point zero afterwards. In this case, you will find it extremely hard to keep seminal fluid inside your foreskin, for example to provoke a refluxing delight. For this reason, I always tried to ejaculate smoothly and thereby maintain this high horniness.
    • Multiple orgasms finally result in a full climax: The more often a smooth flowing, hands-free ejaculation happens, the less highly fluid semen is left and the more the thicker one is provoked to emit. However, in this case the stimulation of the prostate nerve grows and thereby oftentimes a full climax is provoked. This means that you cannot provoke multiple orgasms endlessly in a row, for there will be a full climax released at some point ending in a refractory period, which will stop you from continuing.
    • Extended time interval between contractions: If it somehow happens that a full climax occurs again after a long time, you will experience something else: The duration of each muscular contraction grows as well as the interval between the single contractions. At the same time, each contraction appears to be better filled with seminal fluid and appears more intense and delightful during every single ejection.
    • Ability to interrupt full climax: When continuously training the external sphincter muscles by keeping in, you might grow the ability to interrupt a full climax when it occurs. In my case, it happened when the hands-free ejaculation started and then evolved into a full climax. When the second contraction occurred, I simply held the already contracted muscle in its constricted state. In case you try this between two contractions, you might achieve the opposite effect. If you manage to keep the contraction when it happens, a fast series of little contractions will follow immediately, but without ejecting additional semen. And in case you endure them all and fully relax afterwards (when the storm of contractions is over), you might have interrupted climax during occurrence and thereby maintain your level of horniness. However, if you succeed you will find yourself in an extremely horny state the next day, which at least I found extremely difficult to maintain without ejaculating conventionally.

Challenges
    In case the hands-free technique works, you will be confronted with different problems as well: First of all, there is the problem of time. Surly, the idea was to spend hours in highest delight. But if everything works right, you will keep your horniness high, which means that your willingness and readiness to ejaculate are still there. So you try again one or two days later. And again this process is delightful but takes so damned long. And afterwards you are still horny, so the next hour-lasting process is already preprogrammed.
    In addition to this, the process itself will evolve. Take for example the posture: I started in a sitting and bended position with closed legs on a chair when I first succeeded. Nowadays, I mostly lay on my back in the bed, my dick is folded inside and my legs are open. The process itself will develop to different postures or proceedings – or in other words: to whatever feels good. But because it continuously evolves, there is the danger of impatience. The problem is that you get routine during your practices. And at a certain point, you automatically try to speed up the whole process. In my case, I did this by slightly moving back and forth when trying to ejaculate hands-free. And nearly unnoticed, the whole process changed to a conventional masturbation process. If this happens, you cannot avoid muscle contractions during orgasm any longer. And as soon as they occur, the whole accumulated horniness unloads and has to be built up in a week-long process again.
    The second danger is your increased excitability and thus your reaction to even the slightest mechanical stimulation. If your are close to the edge, it will become very tempting to stimulate just a little more to cross the edge. Even legs or briefs or bed sheets could be used as (indirect) tools for stimulation, you might even breathe against them. However, this changes the hands-free process to a conventional one with conventional result, namely a full climax. One way to prevent from mechanical stimulation is by curling or folding your dick inside. This protects from external mechanical impulses and moreover, in case your dick is erecting inside, it will automatically lead to a stimulation of the dick itself. This helps to keep the cum inside your foreskin and prevents from stains in your boxers.
    Moreover, this is the basis for refluxing delight: now it is easy for your cum to crawl back into your urethra and to stimulate the prostate nerves again. Nevertheless, stains will at last appear in your boxers during the night because of the massive erection that will follow. In a refluxing case, this erection will be the hardest you have ever had – and probably a bit painful due to an even harder contraction, in case you never experienced such a hard erection.
