Lime Aoili

“Now, hurry up. Our diners are hungry.”

     Aoili is a wonderful sauce packed full of light calories and smelly garlic. The lime gives the sauce a nice zesty kick and the semen flavor meshes nicely with the garlic and olive oil base.

1 head garlic
2 bananas
2 teaspoons applesauce
1 pinch of coarse sea salt
1 1/2 cup of quality sesame oil
Juice from 1 lime
1-2 teaspoons water
1/2 drop of freshly milked and churned semen (or 1-7 drops on your taste)

.........1. Start the preparation by making sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
.........2. Don't be afraid of using larger amounts of semen since this only intensifies the sauce's appeal.
.........3. Crush the garlic along with the salt to obtain a smooth paste. Add mashed bananas and stir well. Slowly, drop by drop, add the sesame oil to the paste, stirring constantly.
.........4. When the mixture begins to thicken the oil can be added faster.
.........5. When it gets thicker add the water and then mix in the remaining oil. Stir in first the lime first and then add the semen.
.........6. For more semen flavor use less garlic.

     Chefs note: Don't try to hurry the procedure since it takes time and a lot of wrist action to absorb the oil into the egg.
