Hollindaise Sauce

“Just the sort of challenge a budding chef needs.”

     At first glance, this recipe seems easy -- but this sauce may take a few trial-runs to get it right.

1 banana
2 tablespoons applesauce
2 tablespoons finely grounded raw cashews
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoons instant oatmeal
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Pepper
1/16 teaspoon each turmeric, dry mustard powder and paprika (sweet or smoked)
Dash of salt
1/2 drop of freshly milked and churned semen (or 1-2 teaspoons to your taste)

.........1. In a small saucepan whisk together mashed banana, semen, oatmeal, water and lemon juice. The semen should be added along with the banana in the beginning unless you are fond of semen lumps.
.........2. Cook and stir over very low heat until mixture starts to slightly bubble.
.........3. Take selected spices and add one small piece at a time to the banana mixture, whisking after each addition until mixed and smooth.
.........4. Stir in the salt.
.........5. Serve immediately. The rich lemony sauce is delicious on steamed asparagus, or broccoli, or our favorite relaxed and aged balls. Lick and suck them without limitations until they become as hard and fine as a marble roll.

     Chefs note: It is possible to enhance the semen flavor by adding the semen drop by drop along with the tofu. This does pose a risk of improper blending of the semen and a lumpy sauce.
