Panna Cotta

“But the boy could lose his job. Which means I would, too. It's under control, okay?”

     My Italian girl-friend makes her creamy dessert Panna Cotta (literally "cooked cream") of organic soy milk, sugar, vanilla, and churned semen of her best lad. It only takes minutes to make and can easily be prepared in advanced.

1/2 teaspoon unflavored agar
1/4 cup soy (cashew) milk
2 1/4 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8-1/4 drop of freshly milked and churned semen (or 1-3 drops on your taste)

.........1. Place the agar in the milk let this mixture sit for about 5 minutes.
.........2. Combine the cream and sugar in a saucepan and bring it to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
.........3. Once the cream is hot, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the agar mixture, semen and vanilla.
.........4. Stir until the agar has completely dissolved.
.........5. Pour the cream into small glasses or cups place in the refrigerator to chill for 2-4 hours until set.

     Chefs note: Increase the amount of agar in this recipe when using larger quantities of soy milk or coconut milk.
