Some recipes of fake (artificial) semen:
A. Methyl cellulose (or methylcellulose) is a chemical compound derived from cellulose. It is a hydrophilic white powder in pure form and dissolves in cold (but not in hot) water, forming a clear viscous solution or gel. It is sold under a variety of trade names and is used as a thickener and emulsifier in various food and cosmetic products, and also as a treatment of constipation. Like cellulose, it is not digestible, not toxic, and not allergenic. In cosmetic it is used as a variable viscosity personal lubricant; it is the main ingredient in K-Y Jelly. Methyl cellulose is often used in Hollywood feature films for accidental occasions. As well as in the pornographic industry to simulate semen in large quantity, in order to shoot photosets and movies related to bukkake fetish (scenes featuring a person being ejaculated on). It is preferable to food-based fake semen (e.g., condensed milk) because this last solution can often cause problems, especially when the ingredient used contains sugar. Sugar is thought to encourage yeast infection when it is injected into the vagina.
B. Cornstarch (corn starch milk) and water, or flour and water, or water and gelatin, or water and hair gel and lotion, or water and white hair conditioner, or shampoo, or white cake icing mixed with either a little water or milk, or powdered sugar and milk, or corn syrup and nondairy creamer; or egg white and tapioca pudding, add salt and maybe some fish oil. C. 250ml of water, 2 table spoons of plain flour (sifted, white, unbleached).
* a thick batch of semen (37 g of flour for 250 ml of water).
* a normal batch of semen (34-35 g of flour for 250 ml of water).
* a thin batch of semen (32 g of flour and for ml of water).
.........1. Pour about 250ml (or one and a half mugs) of cold water into a saucepan and add two flat tablespoons of flour.
.........2. Mix with hands the flour into the water until you have no lumps whatsoever. When you've finished, it should look like you have a saucepan full of milk. If it doesn't you've either got too much or too little flour.

1 cup water
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 raw egg white
1 tablespoon plain yogurt
A pinch of salt
.........1. Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup of water and set aside.

G. However, if the point is to have a photograph of a woman or a man with semen on her or him, there's no actual need for liquid semen, real or fake. Adobe Photoshop can be used to add semen to any photograph:
-- Find a picture of a woman or a man you want to violate.
-- Then find a picture of a woman or a man who already got splattered.
-- Select a good chunk of man fluid to put on your new man and drag it over.
-- Desaturate it (Image -> Adjustments -> Desaturate)
-- Improve levels (Image -> Adjustments -> Levels). Click on the black eyedropper on the bottom right. Its the eyedropper on the left. Adjust the levels until the cum is white and everything else is black.
-- Go to your blending modes (Window -> Layers) and set it to Screen.
-- Some tweaking. We need to erase some of it so we make a layer mask, select a black big soft brush and start erasing the parts we don’t want. Then you can rotate it, scale it, or whatever you need to do. You may need to use the Liquify tool to bend it around curves.
