Rolled Classical Style Nuts

2 cups flour
2 cups 2,5-3,2% milk
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1-1,5 tablespoon brown sugar
Dash of nutmeg

.........1. In a medium bowl, mix together milk, minced scallion/chives, and water, melted butter, vanilla extract. In a small bowl, thoroughly mix flour, sugar, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk flour mixture into milk mixture very gradually until batter is smooth.
