Preferred obtention method: Work up some batch, use it fresh or freeze, repeat.
Risky alternative: Increase the number of high-end donors.
Costly alternative: Buy units of gifted college student's semen (usually from sperm-banks) for this purpose. I have heard reports of such people, but I cannot confirm this. I don't know if it's because of their special granny's recipes, but you have to admit that these people are resourceful. The problem is that a unit (usually 0.5 ml) is often sold for $800 or more, which makes it a prohibitively expensive ingredient. Surely, you can come to a sperm bank with you own bottle and economize on delivery at least twice.
There are plenty of industrial methods of inducing ejaculation and obtaining male semen: vibro-stimulation, vacuum milking machines, electro-stimulation through glans penis and anus, stroking by an artificial vagina, anal stimulation. Though home receipts always speak about elegant manual and oral stimulation.
The usage of all industrial methods may reasonable for some special circumstances, for example, for spinal cord injured men who are unable to ejaculate, but wanted fatherhood. But for the art of semen culinary the derived semen would be tasteless, rough, and untuned.
Moreover, if a man is forced to milk or ejaculate without proper erection and arousal, he may produce retrograde ejaculation. During normal ejaculation, the bladder neck closes and semen is forcefully expelled out through the tip of the penis. This process is called antegrade ejaculation. If the bladder neck isn't close enough, semen does not exit the penis but, instead, part or all of it enters the bladder during ejaculation.
